Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.
Business Partnering with Division Leaders and Country Manager, act as trusted partner and coach managers on people issues.
Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling, and submission of HR reports.
Administer employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
Min. 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR Generalist and business partnering.
Knowledge in Workday HR system will be added advantage.
