Hr Operational Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• To control daily employee attendance list and any issue of HR matter
• To manage BPJS Health and BPJS Manpower
• Acting as a relation between Employee and Company related to HR Policies and HR Benefits
• Handling Employee Medical Benefits
• Prepare and maintain employee records related to event such as termination, leaves, transfer or promotion
• Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
• Support the implementation of day-to-day Human Resources activities

Qualifications

• Able to do teamwork, dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skill
• Excellent knowledge of labor law
• Min 3 years experience
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related
