Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage, optimize and develop of HRIS software applications
  2. Comprehensive employee recruitment and selection from beginning to the ends
  3. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  4. Monitoring employee performance
  5. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees
  6. Implementing systematics staff development procedures
  7. Implement and maintain timesheet and manhours database of the employees
  8. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
  9. Implement HR policies and procedure that align with the organization’s goals and objectives



Qualifications

  • Persistent with high determination
  • Conscientious
  • Great presentation skill with good public speaking
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Proactive
  • Minimum has a Bachelor degree in Psychology
  • Teamworker
  • Excellence knowledge of MS Office
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Ability to manage time effectively / planning or organizing
  • Excellence knowledge of Operating System Windows
