Memeriksa laporan mingguan & bulanan (stock balance) dari farm dan hatchery

Memperbarui laporan produksi telur setiap minggunya

Membuat laporan pembagian biaya produksi per flock tiap bulannya

Memastikan penyelesaian semua laporan sesuai dengan deadline

Mengunjungi farm guna melakukan Audit untuk memastikan keakuratan data yang diberikan

Membuat laporan pembagian biaya produksi per flock tiap bulannya.

Memastikan penyelesaian semua laporan sesuai dengan deadline.

Mengunjungi farm guna melakukan Audit untuk memastikan keakuratan data yang diberikan.

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting major, financial management or other related major

Manage and monitor monthly and annual closing processes

Carrying out other tasks given by superiors (including tasks in the form of projects) for the benefit of the company

At least 3 years of experience as an accountant

Monitor the process of recording the company's journals and transactions of money and goods

Ensuring that financial reports are presented completely and in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations

Maintain and monitor requirement from the regulators (OJK and BI) and group for all related portfolio accounts

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in related position

Preferably senior staff specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Maintaining and monitoring preparing the organization’s financial records (Opex and asset) and preparation of the monthly financial statement and its details

Monitoring recoverability of the other asset, other receivables and accrual & liability area

Prepare all reports needed to be sent to the regulatory, internal company and group

Preferably, 2-3 years experience from accounting firms (EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte preferable).

Strong understanding of accounting and tax requirements and procedures.

Expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance strategies, and financial statement analysis.

Advanced knowledges of MS Excel.

Preferably having achieved a chartered accounting certification (Brevet A & B).

Applied knowledge or start-up valuation with multiple methods.

Membuat laporan keuangan perusahaan (PnL dan Balance Sheet)

Memastikan bahwa SOP sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar

Memonitoring dan memastikan tugas tim Accounting berjalan dengan baik dan benar

Komunikatif, Disiplin dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan

Minimal pendidikan S1 Ekonomi Akuntansi, dengan minimal IPK 3,5

Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Asisten Manajer Akuntansi, lebih disukai dari F&B

Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di sebagai supervisor finance accounting (tidak menerima kandidat yang belum pernah memimpin tim)

Menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi (manufaktur)

Mengecek kelengkapan dokumentransaksi keuangan sesuai prosedur (contoh: bon, bukti penerimaan barang, invoice, PIB)

Monitor dan membuatlaporan hutang dan piutang

Monitormutasi bank dan rekonsiliasikas & bank di Accurate

Memastikan kewajiban perpajakan setiap transaksi keuangan terlaksana (contoh: PPH 23)

Summary of job or activity-based costing and management, process costing, cost allocation (when applicable)

Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university (Accounting or Finance major), with minimum GPA 3.3 on a scale 4.0 scale.

Experience in a startup, e-commerce, technology, or similar fast and dynamic environment

Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel with effective communication in English

Fashion acquisition and other buying activities

Marketing campaigns or other activities

Oversee and review the work performed by Accounting team

Provide accurate and timely monthly reports

Assist the auditor in conducting the audit

Coordinate with other departments and ensure that accounting is properly supported based on their functions

Strong understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK, ISAK, IFRS), Financial Management & Report, and Audit System.

Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related field.

3 - 4 years work experience in related field.

Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.

Have work experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.

Have work experience in Auditor / Consulting Companies would be preferable.

Oversee and manage general accounting functions (account payable, account receivable, general ledger and taxes).

Experience using an accounting system (SAP is a plus).

Experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time.

Planning, budgeting, organizing and controlling Accounting and Tax section.

Handling and Supervising for Strategic Job (Tax, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Banking and Financing, etc).

Represent company to banks, tax office, Accountant Public, Bank of Indonesia and other officials.
