Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Analytics in express logistics and/or similar industries

Have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving

Managing the Ground Operations Performance analytics as the support for the improvement activity in the Ground Ops Team.

Collaboration with related operations functions by assisting the other functions in terms of Ground point of view.

Managing data analytics support is really representative of actual operations

Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns etc based on relevant data.

Minimum 2 years of working experience, able to work independently in a fast-paced and data- heavy environment.

Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities, enjoy working with numbers.

Experience working with large, complex datasets that may not always be well structured

Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills

Develop and maintain regular or on-demand data-heavy trackers, metrices, analytical reports and dashboards.

Fresh graduate from a reputable university having studied Communication, Management, or a similar degree.

Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out invoice to merchant, data entry and sorting out data.

Proven 0-2 years prior experience in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

Able to adapt and work at a dynamic pace, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Finance

Solid experience in driving strategic efforts that delivered sustained growth through holistic Sales/Marketing & Execution Plans

An initial hypothesis and recommendation to improve the effectiveness of CP and Seeds business planning and execution

Providing details data/information/analysis as inputs in designing trade/channel programs and track the impact, and

Provide details data/information/analysis to support Project Planning/Execution /Tracking

Proven knowledge of corporate finance and business forecasting with strong knowledge of accounting standards

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

At least 3 years of working experience in the same field and industry.

Proficient English writing and speaking skills

Good presentation, reporting and communication skills

Prepare variances analysis vs target & prior year of promo plan

At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Design, develop and implement driver acquisition processes

Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPV, Van, and Pickup Bak in Cirebon and surrounding

Hands-on offline drivers acquisition & onboarding

Experience with Incident Management Framework

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath)

Experience in a Production Support or programming role

Support processes that have been automated using Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism)

Building of new Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism) processes

Contribute towards monthly management reporting cycle (insights, analysis & commentary)

Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent; CA/CPA qualification

Own and manage the weekly and monthly performance reporting insights

Over 2-3 years of experience in financial, commercial and business partnering roles

Advanced analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
