At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as finance business partner.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.

Analytical skills, track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions.

Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into a business story.

Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Analytics in express logistics and/or similar industries

Have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving

Managing the Ground Operations Performance analytics as the support for the improvement activity in the Ground Ops Team.

Collaboration with related operations functions by assisting the other functions in terms of Ground point of view.

Managing data analytics support is really representative of actual operations

Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns etc based on relevant data.

Minimum 2 years of working experience, able to work independently in a fast-paced and data- heavy environment.

Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities, enjoy working with numbers.

Experience working with large, complex datasets that may not always be well structured

Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills

Develop and maintain regular or on-demand data-heavy trackers, metrices, analytical reports and dashboards.

Manage Customer Journey to ensure best satisfaction for Customer and Partner

Having 1-2 years of working experience in Operations Excellence/Customer Experience/Customer related

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills and eager to learn

Support qualitative and quantitative studies to improve or evaluate process

Communicate findings to related counterparts and monitor the implementation

Experience with Incident Management Framework

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath)

Experience in a Production Support or programming role

Support processes that have been automated using Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism)

Building of new Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism) processes

Contribute towards monthly management reporting cycle (insights, analysis & commentary)

Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent; CA/CPA qualification

Own and manage the weekly and monthly performance reporting insights

Over 2-3 years of experience in financial, commercial and business partnering roles

Advanced analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
