Have at least 3 years' experience as a business analyst or system analyst or actively involved in software development.

Have experience managing a software development team

Provide and develop knowledge of business process and applications for client domains.

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in system information or a related field

Have a passion for working in the FMCG

Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.

Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.

Minimum has one year of working experience in related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good attention to detail, problem solving skills, proactive habits, and systematical

Define and implement team processes to handle all support activities.

Fresh graduate from a reputable university having studied Communication, Management, or a similar degree.

Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out invoice to merchant, data entry and sorting out data.

Proven 0-2 years prior experience in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

Able to adapt and work at a dynamic pace, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
