About the Role

You will be a key member of Business Operations at Eden Kitchens. In this role, you will act as an administer to support all of our merchants’ needs. You will be responsible for ensuring all of our merchants can operate their day-to-day business effectively, and smoothly. You will work directly with the Account Executive to identify problems and inefficiencies, and to make sure that expectations from merchant being met.

The Company Growth Depends on your Duties and Responsibilities as a Business Operations Analyst as Follow:

• Responsible for managing schedule for Eden kitchen crew.
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out invoice to merchant, data entry and sorting out data.
• Ensure that all merchant data is properly documented and updated in our database/system.
• Responsible for all general finance and procurement, eg. pay operation billings and purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, and quality for operational needs.
• Responsible for handling merchant onboarding, e.g. to food delivery platforms, to make sure merchant start operate their business within our policy and standard.
• Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly to merchants in order to help drive continued value of our services.
• Serve as day-to-day merchant success PIC for merchants.
• Maintain and support all merchants to ensure their day-to-day operation is running smoothly, leading to the success of their businesses.

The Essential Skills and Traits We Seek in you to be Successful as Eden’s Business Operations Analyst:

• Able to adapt and work at a dynamic pace, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Excel Formula & Spreadsheet.
• Fresh graduate from a reputable university having studied Communication, Management, or a similar degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven 0-2 years prior experience in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to always actively looking for ways to solve problems with a customer orientation mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and respond positively and effectively to every situation.
