Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data and information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review company policies and business processes.
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
• Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance.
• Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.
• Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to plan, test, and deliver ongoing enhancements.
• Define and implement team processes to handle all support activities.

Requirements

• Expertise in making structural document.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work for a repetitive tasks while there is no automated solution yet.
• Good attention to detail, problem solving skills, proactive habits, and systematical
• Good critical and analytical thinking.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree.
• Familiar with cloud technology terms.
• Minimum has one year of working experience in related field.
• Have a little bit background in Computer Science is preferred.
• Have a passion in learning new technologies to automate tasks.
