Sr. Business Operations Manager

You will be part of the Marketplace Enabler Division, working with a team that is passionate about growing client businesses across all marketplace platforms in Indonesia. The division deals with clients from various product categories, making it an exciting and dynamic environment. A complete team is ready to help clients achieve their targets for selling their brands and products on the marketplace/e-commerce.

- Utilize data-driven insights to develop accurate and reliable business forecasts.

- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to make informed predictions for business growth and performance.

- Design and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored for Marketplaces.

- Identify new revenue opportunities and foster strategic partnerships

- Oversee and optimize Marketplace Ads campaigns.

- Contribute to the development of branding and marketing strategies that align with our objectives

- Manage and lead team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A visionary leader with the ability to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the business operations team.

- Demonstrated experience in business forecasting, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in utilizing Seller Center Marketplace, with a keen understanding of its various functionalities and features.

- Possess advanced knowledge of Marketplace Ads and its technical aspects.

- Understand the importance of branding and marketing in driving business success.

• - Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis, forecasting, and other business-related purposes.
