Creating performance dashboards and reports to communicate performance results to stakeholders, management, and investors.

Analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency, cost management, and revenue generation.

Proficiency in performance analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Identifying areas of improvement in restaurant operations, including processes, workflow, staffing, and customer experience, and proposing solutions for optimization.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.

Knowledge of performance metrics, evaluation principles, and continuous improvement (CI).

Has 5 years of experience in the field of performance management and budget planning

Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve performance overall company finances.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration or related major

Have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Monitor and analyze Consumer Business performance matrics to identify areas that need to be improved as well as related follow-up monitoring.
