What are we looking for?

Help line managers to align employee’s capabilities to the mid-to-long-term business needs.

Consult Management on how to best use HR policies, processes and tools

Support the Region HR Head by delivering figures on total labor cost, human capital appreciation, and supplier cost management.

Talent management and succession planning for the division/ business unit, facilitate and support Talent Review Meetings (9 Box).

Provide proactive support on compensation issues for middle and senior management and Drive Performance Management

Proactively partner in projects with Center of Expertise to create innovative HR solutions.

Implement the Performance management process (OKR setting and review, performance assessment, and performance improvement plan-PIP)

Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Work together with the business leaders in the related department.

Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the other HR functions to develop solutions, programs and initiatives.

Develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Provide initiatives and improvement for current and new HR/company’s policies, processes, and program.

Assist business leaders to provide solutions in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, learning, development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring.

Reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.

Coordinate with Hiring Manager in formulating the manpower planning.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards.

3+ year's professional experience as HRBP and exposure to many HR functions.

Acting as PIC between Division of Human Capital for various services such as Recruitment, Talent Development, and Organizational Development.

To support business managers during the Performance Management process with goal setting and giving feedback

Experience in insurance or financial services industry with global organization preferred

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the presence and ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of staff

Lead the HR people plan for Indonesia

Play and act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior clients across cluster

Understand business strategies and align and drive people strategy and programs in partnership with the business to achieve the business goals
