4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

Enforces item use-up with storeroom personnel and kitchen management to keep inventory at lowest level possible levels.

Communicates with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs.

Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

Keeps up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of A.S.I. standards.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a Terminal Engineering and Technology setting.

Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and asset management.

Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects.

Coordinate with the Terminal Manager, Operational Manager, and other employees to implement the quality management system in the company.

Manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

8-10 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry

Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering

Certified ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000

Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
