Role Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team in Merak, Cilegon. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the maintenance operations of our facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and maximizing equipment uptime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize the performance and reliability of our facility.
• Develop and update the maintenance department training manual.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Develop and update routine work program flowcharts.
• Coordinate with the Terminal Manager, Operational Manager, and other employees to implement the quality management system in the company.
• Ensure the implementation of quality management systems in the maintenance department, including ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018, K3, HIRADC, emergency handling, KPI, corporate culture (STARS), Kaizen, TQM (Total Quality Management: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Moral - QCDSM), and 5 R.
• Maintain relationships with external parties (subcontractors, consultants) to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance in the terminal.
• Review and update job descriptions and performance targets for team members.
• Plan, execute, control, review, and report on the results of performance targets and routine work programs of the maintenance department, including maintenance planning, material inspection, in-process product inspection, final product inspection, and quality control according to procedures, work instructions, and set targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations, including leading teams, implementing maintenance strategies, and achieving operational targets.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a Terminal Engineering and Technology setting.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
