The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Penginputan kartu debit TMRW
  • Memproses permohonan perubahan data dari unit kerja terkait dalam skala besar
  • Melakukan penginputan manual kartu tambahan , corporate, second card, personal loan dan tnrw pay
  • Proses cheker
  • Melakukan proses non financial ( close card, replacement card, up grade/down grade card, aktivasi kartu kredit, pendaftaran dan pemberhentian e-statement, pendaftaran dan pembatalan credit shield, pendaftaran/perubahan/penghentian autopayment, blok kart req collection, increase / decrease limit,
  • Melakukan proses financial (FOP,COP, waiving LC/IC/Bea Materai/AF/Credit shield/small balance) penukarana point (kff/gff/air asia/cathay/map/af/voucher hotel)pengiputan biaya notifikasi,penambahan/pengurangan point, cash advance, payment reversal
  • Melakukan up date kyc pada sistem WCIF
  • Melakukan penarikan cms
  • Membantu meyelesaikan pekerjaan staff yang berhalangan hadir
  • Proses penginputan dan perubahan merchand mid
  • Melakukan pengecekan dan memproses permohonan ataupun complaint melalui email
  • Melakukan proses penginputan dari collection
Job Requirements
  • Menjalin dan membina hubungan kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak internal dan eksternal
  • Melaksanakan tugas sehari
  • Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim kerja untuk mencapai hasil pekerjaan yang efisien dan efektif
  • Melaporkan kepada atasan atas pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang ditugaskan
