The Maintenance Manager is in charge of maximizing the availability of equipment.


  • Implement and manage maintenance team training
  • Manage maintenance activity and teams in order to improve equipment availability while promoting safety attitude
  • Contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing machines improvements
  • Optimize maintenance costs (human resources and spare parts)
  • Implement a maintenance strategy including ERIM deployment


Job Qualification


  • Min 10 year as maintenance manager in automotive industries, with extensive experience in automation and injection molding process
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and other related
  • Strong leadership, and able to build effective team work.
