• At least 3 years in Distributor Sales Management or relevant experience

• Knowledgeable in territory management for assigned area

Develop strategic directions / guidelines for Distributor Management and Operations for sustainable growth

Lead and manage Key Dealers towards the company growth objective in products distribution and market share

• Good Interpersonal skills with proficient use of English and Bahasa Indonesia

Collect opportunity management and forecast from the distributors in accordance with Company’s standard;

Excellent English speaking and writing skills;

Sustain an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and competitors;

Collect orders and manage existing distributors over the territory;

Bachelor Degree or above. Majoring in Medical, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field;

Achieve minimum Annual Sales Target;

Pengalaman sebagai Area Sales Manager Distribusi selama 5 tahun diutamakan di produk makanan.

Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan)

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities.

3 years or above hotel sales and related experience.

Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Good communication, organization and presentation skills.

Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.

Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc.
