Conduct effective screening, interview, and assesment techniques to evaluate candidate qualification and fit with company culture.

Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition role, preferably from Automotive, Headhunting or Tech. Company.

Advance skill in power point, excel, and familiar to use social media platforms.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates for various positions.

Strong knowledge of tech roles, technologies, and industry trends to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and experience.

Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit with our organization.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate and present competitive offers to selected candidates, managing the offer acceptance and onboarding process.

Build and actively manage the stakeholder network to analyze business requirements and align and report on service performance;

Guide Line Management with the recruitment process;

Any other operational task as per the requirement;

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Experience with recruiting in the Technical Consultancy domain;

Solid experience and proven track record in recruitment delivery;

Build and actively manage the stakeholder network to analyze business requirements and align and report on service performance;

Guide Line Management with the recruitment process;

Any other operational task as per the requirement;

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
