Manage daily operation in the Finance, Accounting and Tax Department.

1-3 years’ experience as a Finance Accounting & Tax.

Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Internet Banking, Taxation.

Prepare and manage cash flow, financial, billing, AR/AP, Inventory, Annual Budget, Petty Cash, and related.

Manage relationships with key internal/external clients.

Demonstrated experience, at least 4 years of professional experience preferred in finance, accounting and taxation or financial management.

Experience in financial management of USAID Project and knowledge of USAID operational policies and procedures (ADS) preferred.

Assist in preparing monthly Project Cost Detail Report (PCDR) and produce various management reports.

Assist the Finance Manager in managing external audit or USAID’s Limited Financial Review as required.

Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, prepare the paperwork and backup documentation in processing VAT exemption as per USAID’s SOP

Has work experience in the tax field for at least 2 years

Record all applicable Software Seni Indonesia and Software Services Indonesia transaction(s) in the Xero accounting software.

Generate daily cash balance of Software Seni Indonesia and Software Services Indonesia.

Receive purchase request from other department(s), and execute upon supervisor approval.

Provide information and analysis that requested by direct supervisor or director(s)

Strong problem-solving and time management skills;

Have a high eager to learn about Bookkeeping, Management Advisory and Investment, also Sales and Use Tax

Have good work ethics, good analytical skills & proactive in demanding situations;

Effective oral and written communication skills;

Willing to commit to at least 3 months of Internship;

Know the process of preparing, compiling and financial statements reporting;

Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

Familiar with local PSAK / IFRS and knowledge & compliance in financial & management accounting

5-8 years of experience in Finance,accounting and tax (financial analysis a plus)

Have strong knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B)
