Finance Accounting And Tax Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing brand / product plan from beginning such as: brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth also able open Go To Market in Indonesia. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Supervise the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Work closely with tax, finance operations, all strategic business units, and other related stakeholders to ensure coordination of all accounting activities
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (collection, invoicing, bank recon, Cash flow reporting and forecast, cash management and other transactions)
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts

Qualification

• 5-8 years of experience in Finance,accounting and tax (financial analysis a plus)
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Attention to detail
• Have strong knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B)
• Knowledge of financial reporting and SAP
• Familiar with Tax procedure Local and International, Tax Regulation, e-SPT, and Accounting system
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with local PSAK / IFRS and knowledge & compliance in financial & management accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
