Melakukan penginputan jurnal transaksi & Rekonsiliasi akun General Ledger (GL)

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Tax and Accounting, preferably consulting firms

Have a brevet A & B certifications

Required Skill(s): eSPT, Xero, Excel, MYOB, or Accurate including additional Tax filing

Helping the Business Development of the prospective client by providing the background of the services

Being responsible for the primary point of contact for clients to compile necessary information on their Tax and Accounting needs

Ensure procurement of goods and services are well managed

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have acquired certification for Brevet A & B.

Create and analyze financial reports accurately in a timely manner

B. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Manage grant disbursement for multiple projects by ensuring all the documentations comply with the donor’s requirements.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management measures.

8-10 years’ experience in accounting, tax or finance

Excellent PC skills and experience including SAP, Excel and Powerpoint

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering or other relevant majors.

Manage daily operation in the Finance, Accounting and Tax Department.

1-3 years’ experience as a Finance Accounting & Tax.

Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Internet Banking, Taxation.

Prepare and manage cash flow, financial, billing, AR/AP, Inventory, Annual Budget, Petty Cash, and related.

Manage relationships with key internal/external clients.

Honest, proactive, capable of multitasking, and effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan unit kebun (KTU dan kepala keuangan)

Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal (Perbankan)

Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen laporan keuangan, data keuangan akuntansi dan pajak

Melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan

Menyusun SPT PPh 21, Badan, PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat 2 dan PPN

Merekam dan menjurnal transaksi pembukuan harian secara tepat waktu dan sesuai PSAK

Melakukan pemeriksaan transaksi, pencatatan jurnal, dan pembuatan laporan secara detail, akurat, dan benar;

Menjaga arus kas dan memeriksa saldo Bank/Kas pembayaran harian dengan benar dan menyampaikan laporan tepat waktu;

Memproses semua pembayaran, menganalisis untung dan rugi;

Memahami cara mengalokasikan jurnal A/R atau A/P

Melakukan perhitungan serta menyiapkan pembayaran pajak bulanan dan tahunan.

Experience in financial management of USAID Project and knowledge of USAID operational policies and procedures (ADS) preferred.

Assist in preparing monthly Project Cost Detail Report (PCDR) and produce various management reports.

Assist the Finance Manager in managing external audit or USAID’s Limited Financial Review as required.

- Prior extensive experience in managing C-level relationships, effectively partnering across divisions in the company.
