Accounting And Tax Officer

We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily cash balance of Software Seni Indonesia and Software Services Indonesia.
• Paying monthly utilities for office
• Submit all applicable tax report(s) from Software Seni Indonesia and Software Services Indonesia in an accurate and timely manner.
• Archiving financial documentations
• Provide information and analysis that requested by direct supervisor or director(s)
• Receive purchase request from other department(s), and execute upon supervisor approval.
• Follow government law, company policies, and company SOP based on the applied standard.
• Maintaining petty cash.
• Helping supervisor to settle monthly report
• Coordinating with HR for BPJS.
• Paying other office expenses
• Record all applicable Software Seni Indonesia and Software Services Indonesia transaction(s) in the Xero accounting software.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, Meticulous/High Attention to details, Team player, Good time Management skills
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software
• Understands and can implement PSAK
• Familiar with basic accounting principles
• Has work experience in the tax field for at least 2 years
• Holds Brevet A and B
• Strong work ethics and compliance to Indonesian government regulations
