What we are looking for in this job is ideally candidates with one of the following experiences:

Identify opportunities to grow our business by having visibility into clients’ short/long term plans.

Management of a team of operators:

Adding language capabilities to build an international tool

Other tasks and assignment as per requested by Assistant Manager of Business Investigation and Compliance

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role

Experience in using Microsoft office and analysis

Minimum Upper-intermediate English language skills

Product Knowledge: Understand offered products/services.

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Experience: Sales or customer service background preferred.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

Sales Skills: Effective selling and negotiation.

Pitch to clients about our company services and offerings

1 to 2 years of experience in account management/ sales role.

Able to set priorities and manage customers’ expectations

Good verbal and written communication skills
