The Vice President of Brand & Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive brand development, market expansion, and overall business growth. The role encompasses brand management, communication strategies, and initiatives aimed at increasing market share, customer acquisition, and revenue generation
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the organization's vision and target market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of brand and growth strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market segments and expansion strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of brand and growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of brand managers, marketers, and growth specialists.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies and distribution/channel strategies.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning, differentiation, and brand architecture.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive individual and team development.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion, both domestic and international.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Familiarity with market research methodologies, brand tracking, and performance metrics.
- Proven 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and driving business growth, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
