Job Description

Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor degree in any field.

• Excellent communication skill in English & Mandarin (verbal & written).

• Detail oriented, discipline, confidence, and able to work in team or individually.

• Responsible, discretion & confidentiality.

• Fast learning, strategic thinking, and business development experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

•Support user/VP to oversee day-to-day operational tasks within department.

•Be a bridge person to assist user to work cross functionally.

•Help user to assisting, planning, organizing & managing projects.

•Responsible to maintain archives & documents.

•As a contact intermediary between the manager & internal / external clients.

•Prepare meeting agenda, financial documents & presentations.

•Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

•Perform other tasks as requested by management.
