Job Description
  • Communicate with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals
  • Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability and convenience of transport
  • Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations
  • Book flight, Hotel and other necessary travelling arrangements for clients


Minimum Qualifications


  • Willing to work or Relocate to Harmoni, Jakarta or North Point, BSD City, Tangerang
  • GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
  • Preferably having a work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays)
  • Preferably having a work experience as Customer Service, handling chat, calls, or direct customer
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
