Job Description

• Assist traveler with their travel inquiries from air ticket, accommodation, travel document and insurance.
• Diagnose traveler problem and complain to provide a possible solution.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
• Able to supply clients with essential travel documents needed as well as extensive destination information and useful travel guides.
• Able to do sales reconciling daily and weekly in order to maintain accountable listing.
Requirements
• Minimum Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP with all kind Certification for Ticketing and/or Tourism Section.
• Minimum 5 year experience.
• Attention to details.
• Familiar and certified to operate GDS Ticketing (Sabre) for reservation system.
• Able to work under pressure and able to multitask.
• Able to work as a team.
