Logisly is a B2B logistics digital platform that connects shippers with thousands of trucks from thousands of verified corporate carriers under our network. We aim to reshape the future and ease the high cost of logistics in Indonesia, by increasing utilization of trucks and providing more certainty in managing supply chains through a wide network of reliable transport, order transparency, and automation.

Currently, we have partnered with more than 1500 trucking companies (with around 70000 fleets) and around 500 shippers from various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, constructions, e-commerce, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Understand Logisly’s transporter products inside and out, help onboard transporters onto the platform
• Ensure the quality of end-to-end Operations (order, invoicing, collection, etc)
• Identify potential transporters in the market and recruit them to join Logisly
• Negotiate contract terms with transporters and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Become a subject matter expert on Logisly’s services, processes, and operations as well as educate transporters on Logisly’s technology and platform
• Define and evaluate transporters’ KPIs and SLAs
• Develop relationships with prospective transporters, while maintaining relationships with, solicit feedback from, and attentively respond to complaints and inputs from existing transporters
• Help troubleshoot shipments by transporters

What you will need in this role

• Large network in the trucking/ logistics community
• Willingness to travel
• Experience working in logistics/supply chain
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and social skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA 3.00
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and constant change. An entrepreneur at heart
• Technology industry and startup experience is a strong plus
• Ability to understand technology products quickly
