Tenant Mall Leasing Staff

:

• Conduct re-survey and create feasibility study for each location found
• Analyze and report Location data to Top Management
• Organize and monitor team's performance to achieve location submission and approval target
• Have good relationship with Mall management
• Plan and map potential area for new stores opening, aligned with Top Management and Mitra's request
• Develop existing and new Location team members
• Develop and implement new SOP within Location team
• Negotiate with landlord/owner/developer

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Have an experience in franchise-based expansion is a plus
• Have good analysis and understanding on locations
• Excellent project management skills (budgeting and managing project timelines)
• Solid technical background and managerial skills
• Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years experience in Mall relations
