Job Description

Job Summary

  • Other task related to this position
  • Review tenant proposal for fitting out design
  • Provide designs needed for building improvement and renovation cost estimation.
  • Coordinate fitting out procedure
  • Coordinate and monitor building vendors & contractors.
  • Daily monitor & control the fitting out progress and schedule.


Required Experience

  • Education : Bachelor Degree in Architecture
  • Language : English (Neo-3)
  • Having experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction
  • Having experience of Fit-Out work in (preferably grade A) Office Building for Min 5 years
  • Having experience in related field (Interior Contractor, General Contractor, Construction Management and Consultant, Building Management, etc.) for Min 5 years
  • Proficient to use Ms Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Coreldraw/Photoshop
  • Able to read design and construction drawings, make cost calculations, make a work schedule, etc.
  • Good in Developing Construction & Interior Design
