As a Team Lead, you will escalate the L3 engineer for Maintenance Services/Operations Project. The role of this position is to analyze, troubleshoot, and mitigate problems for the Maintenance Services project. Troubleshooting and reporting for network issues both software and hardware. Manage and coordinate with the Operations Team.
Requirement:
• Have a valid Cisco Certification CCIE
• Have a good concept in IGP (OSPF &ISIS), BGP, MPLS LDP, L2/L3VPN, and Traffic engineering.
• Knowing Linux is a plus.
• Able to communicate in English both orally and written.
