Supervisor Customer Service Jobs

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will be very organized, service-oriented, and creative

• Having one to two (1-2) years of agency experience in developing and implementing B-to-B and B-to-C public relations programs.

• Having a basic knowledge of Ads is a plus

• Having strong pace work and integrity

• Experienced in managing peoples, clients and having good leadership

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of client accounts

• Providing service to clients

• Support staff in program development and some aspects of clients and company.

• Manage and delegate tasks to staff according to client needs

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Creative to handle client needs

•Responsible for handling urgent cases with high priority.

•Understand and be aware of improving user experience, friendly, have good negotiation skills, patient, and polite.
