• Accountable & responsible for preparing training material related to parts/services technicality (i.e : workshop training, new product training) and preparing required technical toolkit if necessary.
• Responsible for participating to provide relevant content related to marketing communication.
• Accountable & responsible for providing review form parts & services technicality point of view for market intellegence in market size and growth and competitor.
• Responsible for ensuring SH&E, legal and corporate procedures compliance are implemented properly.
• Responsible for supporting in sales in project development effort (e.g. production study and TCO Offering)
• Accountable & responsible for reviewing and understanding technical specification, features & functionality for any new parts or services intoduce by CAT.
• Accountable & responsible for gathering complete data of parts and services technical information, then providing the information for the bundling development process or other process that requires product technical information.
• Responsible for supporting in formulation of commodity marketing strategy and specific product support strategy for Power System industry in allignment with Trakindo and Caterpillar overall strategy.
• Accountable & responsible for receiving complete information from CAT then forward the information to new offering introduction for any liquidation (or termination) initiative, launch initiative or product sustainment initiative that driven form CAT.

Job Requirement

• Understanding in Heavy Equipment Business
• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration
• Biz English, Ms Office.
• Minimal 3-5 years in similar industry
