Social Media & Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating and developing a content plan for social media that aligns with the company's identity. Prepare social media progress reports, including plans for further growth.
2. Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for digital and print media.
3. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that effectively convey messages.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand the company's goals and targets.
5. Ensure all designs and videos are completed on time.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technology to enhance work quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication Science, or relevant fields.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and design or related fields.
3. Ability to perform end-to-end social media management (content planning, ideation, execution, and report) across various platforms.
4. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capcut.
5. Ability to use analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta Business Suite.
6. Willing to be placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
