Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
2. Making weekly / monthly content calender
3. Define the most important social media KPIs
4. Create social media content for Instagram feeds, story and reels daily
5. Improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts through engaging and trending content
6. Research, contact and liase with influencers that can increase Little Alpha brand awareness and increase engagement rate
7. Research trending content for Instagram reels and feeds that can create more engagement and increase followers
8. Master product knowledge of all Little Alpha products and the benefits of each product
9. Replying comments and proactive in social media discussions of the brand
10. Optimise social media page by changing layouts and design style to suit the brand
11. Analysing the key insights of the social media growth

Criteria

1. Male/Female, Minimum education Diploma/S1.
2. Experience in Graphic Design
3. Master with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
4. A keen eye to aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Excellent organizations skills and teamwork
9. Understanding of social media trends and data analysis of relevant KPI
10. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
