Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming. Good communication, fast response, and negotiating skills.

Choose, manage, schedule meeting and remind on each KOL to deliver the campaign on time.

Manage the contract and dealing for each KOL.

Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout the execution

Master product knowledge of all Little Alpha products and the benefits of each product

Ability to perform end-to-end social media management (content planning, ideation, execution, and report) across various platforms.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and design or related fields.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for digital and print media.

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that effectively convey messages.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand the company's goals and targets.

Ensure all designs and videos are completed on time.

Experience with SEO and SEM Strong writing, verbal, and collaboration skills

Minimum 2 years of experience

Create digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle

Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit the target market

Create daily reels on ig and social media plan

Developing design concepts, layouts, and artwork for a variety of mediums

- Manage social media platforms, curate content, and engage with the audience.

- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Basic knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.

- Create captivating graphics for digital and print mediums.
