Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee the team to accurately complete daily transaction processes including settlement and reconciliation.
2. Manage and resolve with the team for any queries from internal and external parties (such as merchant and/or user queries).
3. Manage the team to ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirement is accurate and completed within the required deadline.
4. Manage, initiate and implement operational improvement that promotes efficiency while maintaining quality.
5. Oversee day-to-day domestic payment rails, payment solutions related to the group ecosystem integration, including the daily settlement flow, and ensuring strict compliance to legal and regulatory framework.
6. Analyze reconciliation any discrepancies.
7. Check the reconciliation in daily basis to make sure the reconciliation is correct.
8. Liaise with internal team and cross-division to review and track correlated information related to settlement as well as resolving any finance issues.
9. Work closely with accounting team to provide necessary information correctly.
10. Ensure daily settlement, including its payment are done and performed in a timely manner.
11. Ensure completeness of documents for all settlement scope.
12. Prepare regular reports required for month-end-closing
Requirements
1. Own a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics (or equivalent educational background).
2. Having minimum of 2 years working experience in Banking/Finance/e-Commerce related industry in a role that includes leading a team who is responsible for settlement and reconciliation process roles is must.
3. Having technical experience in data reconciliation and settlement flow processes.
4. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
5. Teamwork, strong analytical, problem solving, and excellent communication skill is a must.
6. Attention to detail with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles.
7. Eager to learn new things, adaptable and open for changes.
8. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).
9. Prior exposure to Xero software is an advantage.
10. Able to work and operate with minimum supervision and multi-tasking in order to meet deadlines.
11. Ability to work independently and in teams.

12. Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
