Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure Visa and Mastercard tax payment and reporting.
2. Check transactions and reconcile credit card Point Redemption.
3. Analyze and report the results of reconciliation (Nostro, Suspense & Merchants related to Credit Cards & Visa Electrons)
4. Reporting Confirmation GL Balance L1 Recon, Suspense Account for KRCSA, Surprise Suspense Account for ISTOA.
5. Ensuring inventory & reporting on the use of credit card stamps.
6. Reclass P/L Writeoff accounts, reclass TMRW accounts, reclass Personal Loans every month.
7. Report daily GL Monitoring.
8. Check debit and credit before forwarding to the related unit.
9. Report interest income and credit card late fees to RRIC-Regulatory Reporting.
10. Make reconciliation GL Memo Bad Debt Written Off / Recovery.
11. Make mass uploads of SAP GL according to applicable accounting guidelines.
12. Ensuring payment of Bill Payment.
13. Create a batch of manual posting of transactions related to credit cards.
14. Check journaling for month-end processes.
15. Ensuring team response to CMS workflow.
16. Check the results of UAT reports related to credit card journals.
17. Backing up the Card Interchange & Settlement process
