In this Role, you’ll get to
* Contribute to social media marketing plans, content marketing across the different Trip.com products.
* Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience by variety of posts and platforms.
* Oversee the creation of social content, including different channels and formats such as short form video.
* Work with Content writers, designers and freelancers to build original content and market those to target audiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing teams.
* Analyze marketing result through tracking metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth across the industry.
* Support in monthly campaign operation
What you'll Need to Succeed
* A minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
* A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experiences in a social media marketing operations role.
* Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation
* Excellent operational skills
* Experience in using marketing tools.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment.
* Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions.
