Grynow has been working for the past 2+years in Indonesia for various brands such as 7Eleven, Gojek, OctaFX, etc.
We are looking for full time and part-time experienced Influencer Marketing Managers who can help us connect with the right influencers for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the client's objectives
and budget. This includes identifying suitable influencers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring
campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
2.To have a good understanding of the client's target audience and be able to identify suitable
influencers that have the ability to reach and engage that audience. This may involve conducting
research, analyzing audience demographics and engagement metrics, and keeping up-to-date
with industry trends and best practices.
3.Manage campaign budgets: The campaign manager must be able to manage campaign
budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints and that ROI
is maximized.
4.Liaise with internal teams and clients: The campaign manager must be able to work effectively
with internal teams, such as creative and account management teams, as well as with clients, to
ensure that campaigns are delivered to a high standard and meet client objectives.
5.To be successful in this role, the campaign manager must have strong project management
skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of influencer
marketing and social media. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-
driven environment, and be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6.Nurture relationships with influencers: The campaign manager should build and maintain strong
relationships with influencers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. This may involve
providing guidance and feedback on content creation, and ensuring that influencers are paid on
time.
7.Vet influencers: The campaign manager should carefully vet potential influencers to ensure that
they are a good fit for the brand, and that their values and content align with the campaign
objectives.
8.Provide guidance on content creation: The campaign manager should provide guidance and
support to influencers on content creation, ensuring that the content they create is on-brand and
aligned with the campaign objectives.
9.Track influencer content: The campaign manager should track the content created by
influencers, ensuring that it is delivered on time and meets the quality standards required by the
campaign.
Important Requirements -
1. Must know the local Indonesian language
2. Must have some knowledge of Finance, Trading & Lifestyle Influencers/Creator Economy
