A Marketing Campaign Executive at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with many opportunities to learn, own self-led projects and execute ideas. You will be part of ShopBack Indonesia Marketing team to own day-to-day campaign initiatives from planning to execution of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, monitor, and manage various user platforms and create effective campaigns to drive platform engagement.
• Understand and utilize relevant data and analytics to gain insights into campaign performance.
• Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Initiate and carry out tests on new product features and implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive usage, engagement, and click performance.
• Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple channel owners to develop and execute effective strategies for customer acquisition and user engagement.
• Develop, manage, and execute effective campaign strategies across multiple channels (CRM, website, ShopBack app, Paid initiatives, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
• Maintain day-to-day tasks of site optimization, data reporting, weekly calendar planning, and allocation of marketing assets.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years relevant experience in campaign/marketing experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment.
• Positive work attitude with good communication skills.
• A Self-starter, independent, motivated, and results-oriented individual.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables.
• Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and meet deadlines.

We're currently implementing hybrid working where all employees are mandatory to work at the office on specific days. ShopBack Indonesia Office is now located at Wisma 77, Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
