As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our online presence and increasing brand awareness in the competitive e-grocery market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and CRM, to ensure a cohesive and seamless online user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online marketing, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for online platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Along with the online marketing manager, develop and execute comprehensive online marketing campaigns across various online channels, including Google, Meta, and other programmatic advertising.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of the e-grocery industry or experience in a similar field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok Ads Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and an understanding of visual storytelling.
• Proven work experience as an Online Marketing Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
