A Marketing Associate at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with many opportunities to learn, own self-led projects, and execute ideas. You will be part of ShopBack Indonesia Marketing team to own day-to-day campaign initiatives from planning to execution of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Led the planning and execution of all scales of impactful marketing campaigns, utilizing both internal and external marketing resources
• Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple channel owners to develop and execute effective strategies for customer acquisition and user engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, sales, product development, and design, to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Initiate and carry-out experiments on new product features and implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive usage, engagement, and click performance.
• Understand and utilize relevant data and analytics to gain insights into campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in campaign/marketing in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG companies.
• Experienced in leading marketing campaigns from conception to execution, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and ability to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive work attitude with good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the campaign objective and managing daily deliverables.
• Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of regional and local projects, and meet project deadlines.
• A self-starter, independent, motivated, and balanced individual (put focus on both process and result).

We're currently implementing hybrid working where all employees are mandatory to work at the office on specific days. ShopBack Indonesia Office is now located at Wisma 77, Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
