Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in campaign/marketing in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG companies.

Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of regional and local projects, and meet project deadlines.

Experienced in leading marketing campaigns from conception to execution, delivering results on time and within budget.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Positive work attitude with good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with outlet owners, team members, and finance personnel.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders, including finance personnel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide timely solutions during the initial test phase.

Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and undertake various responsibilities as needed.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in outlet acquisition, training, and financial coordination.

Sharp attention to detail and strong project management skills

Experienced in planning digital marketing budget forecasts to optimize results and achieve set objectives

Strong written & verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English

Have logical thinking with analytical and good problem-solving skills to identify opportunities

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google channels and social media platforms

Work with the creative team to develop creatives and assets required for campaigns

Organizational & time management skills

Experience in Performance Marketing or Affiliate Background is a plus

Bachelor's degree in any field (Min. Semester 8 with no class)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to analyze and interpret basic market/revenue data

Desired length of employment: 3 months

Experience with modern software development, product management practices, agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous deployment

At minimum 5 years of work experience in digital marketing or online marketing

Experience working as an online marketing in a technology or start-up company/business consultant background

Able to apply knowledge of online business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals

Oversee strategy and creation of online marketing channel, growth the number of installments, transactions and loyal users

Oversees SEO planning and analyses the output

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other communication platform

Proactive and good communication skills

Communicate about proposal initiative for clients

Build and maintain relationship with the clients

Final year students with no classes or fresh graduates from any major

Willingness to learn, highly motivated, and target driven
