We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our early-stage offline to online remittance business. This internship opportunity offers a hands-on experience to contribute to the growth of our startup. As an intern supporting our offline to online remittance business, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Requirements
- Outlet Acquisition: Assisting in the acquisition of 10-20 outlets in the Jabodetabek area for our remittance business. This includes researching potential outlets, reaching out to owners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the necessary documentation is completed.
- Trial Period Support: Assisting outlet owners during the trial period to ensure smooth operations. This includes addressing any technical or operational challenges they encounter, providing guidance, and resolving any issues to maintain a positive user experience.
- Training and Assistance: Coordinating and providing support during the training process for outlet owners and their staff. This involves educating them about our remittance system, transaction processes, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process optimization and providing feedback to the team to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of outlet acquisition, training, and financial transactions. Preparing regular reports on the progress and outcomes of the initial test phase.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborating with the finance team to execute money flow processes, including tracking incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring timely settlements, and reconciling financial transactions.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in outlet acquisition, training, and financial coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with outlet owners, team members, and finance personnel.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and undertake various responsibilities as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative to support outlet acquisition, training, and troubleshooting during the trial period.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide timely solutions during the initial test phase.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders, including finance personnel.
