Job Title: Search and eComm Team Lead (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search and eComm Team Lead to join our team at The Digital Cellar. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, E-Commerce, experience with DV360, Search Strategy, and be confident in the implementation of Google Ads and Shopping Ads.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have experience working with QSR, Retail Food, FMCG, CPG, Fashion, SAAS, Apps Marketing, and Lead Generation. They must be a Google and Bing Specialist, confident in presenting and public speaking, and have a proven track record of thought leadership.

As the Search and eComm Team Lead, you will be working on global brands and leading a team of SEM and eComm marketing professionals. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships and engage in strategic conversations with vendors, partners, and senior leaders.
• Manage, train and inspire a team of SEM and eComm marketing professionals.
• Provide thought leadership, proactive management, and serve as the escalation point for all things SEM and eComm Marketing for The Digital Cellar.
• Requirements:
• Handle multiple projects at any given time while maintaining a commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth and increase overall results across all paid search marketing.
• Deliver exceptional project management skills and a client-facing role.
• Lead the operational management of the SEM and eComm team, delivering great results for our customers and retention and operational efficiencies for the business.
• Use data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and decision-making.

• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects at any given time while maintaining a commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, E-Commerce, experience with DV360, Search Strategy, and confident implementation of Google Ads and Shopping Ads.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority and business sectors.
• Proven track record of thought leadership.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role.
