This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The Lead SEO Specialist will oversee the optimization of Halojasa's website and other related sites. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, analyzing website data, optimizing site content, and creating reports on performance. The role requires collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure website optimization aligns with the overall business objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Expertise in SEO strategies and tactics
• Experience in on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with high attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with website analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
