Job Description

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including bidding tactics, budget allocation, and targeting parameters.
- Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or other advertising platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize bidding strategies, targeting options, ad formats, and creative assets.
- Implement effective bid management techniques to maximize campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and spending patterns for efficient resource utilization.
- Analyze campaign data and attribution models to derive actionable insights and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams for campaign alignment, coordination, and execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, focusing on biddable platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of bidding strategies, bid management tools, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic advertising landscape.
- Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
