Revenue Manager Jobs

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our multi-property management company located in Berawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through effective pricing and inventory management strategies. The Revenue Manager will be working closely with the property management teams and will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain budgets for each property.
• Develop and maintain revenue and occupancy forecasts for each property.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue per available room (RevPAR), average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy.
• Work with the property management teams to develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies for each property.
• Analyze demand patterns and adjust pricing and inventory to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and identify revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue management role, preferably in a multi-property environment.
