A Revenue Management will be at the forefront of using data to build value by discovering insights about businesses, markets, behaviors, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for all analytics related to business strategy, preparation for board discussions, and tracking/measurement tied to the company’s highest-priority strategic projects and initiatives. This position will also be responsible to analyze the company's operations, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to increase profitability, productivity, and competitiveness. With that being said, we are looking for someone who can turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and adjust the P&L model in accordance with actual performance
- Conduct external analysis to identify tactics for optimizing business processes and outcome
- Develop periodical and ad-hoc management reports
- Track overall business performance by performing an internal analysis
We are looking for someone who:
- Has advanced knowledge of business processes and market research, as well as skills in problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in both driving and adapting to change
- Has strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets
- Is proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Google Data Studio)
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
And the general requirements are:
- Track record in entrepreneurship, organization, and/or team sports is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue, Growth, Financial Analysis, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations Management, or similar scope, preferably in a tech startup or multinational company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering with GPA above 3.5
